About this production line ,among which ,Glue
spreading-overlaying-drying Machine and Glazing Machine are
equipment which will give the advanced processing to the board .the
above two machine s can overlay and glaze the magnesium oxide board
or orinary wood board . The Glue spreading-overlaying-drying
Machine can overlay wood-grain paper,PVC film .The Glazing Machine
will glaze the overlaied board with wood-grain paper,and make the
board with bright light or dull light .The above processing will
replace former painting working processing .(because the wood-grain
paper is not wearable and it has no gloss degree)
Technoloy features
There is not any requirement about high temperature and high
pressure during production processing .the boarad will be formed at
one time after roller-extruding under the conditions of normal
temperation and normal pressure .this is a green
environmental-protection project, because that there is no waste
water ,waste materials and waste gas during its production
processing .the finised board don’t need high temperature drying
,air-drying and watering ,and under the normal temperature ,they
will dry well indoor .
